RULES FOR PUPILS

  1. Students are requested to be punctual to school. First bell rings at 7.45 a.m. and at 8:00 a.m. assembly starts.
  2. All the pupils are required to attend the classes in school uniform. No colourful ribbons, bands, hair clips will be allowed. Students should come in black sandals during rain and white socks and black shoes once the rain stops.
  3. Student should be clean and tidy in their persons and dress. They should be careful as far as posture, cleanliness, attention to work and respect to teachers, school staff and class mates are concerned.
  4. During school days, students should not use Mehendi or nail paints for which they will be asked to stay at home till it is cleaned.
  5. At the first bell all the students must move towards their class rooms or assembly hall/ground.
  6. At the second bell the pupils should maintain maintain total silence, it marks the beginning of assembly/class.
  7. Daily lessons, home-work and reports if any should be noted down in the handbook by the primary students.
  8. For the Nursery, K.G. I and II students, the concerned teacher will write in the hand book.
  9. Parents must check this handbook regularly. Note the remarks/reports and sign them properly.
  10. Pupils are not allowed to attend the classes if these remarks/reports are not signed.
  11. Shouting and screaming inside the school buildings is not allowed. When classes get over at the end of each session, the pupils who shout and scream will be punished.
  12. It is necessary to observe silence in between class periods.
  13. Any serious breach of discipline and above all discourtesy and disrespect to the members of the school, management and staff in any way will be treated severely.
  14. Pupils are advised not to have any money or valuable articles with them.
  15. Pupils suffering from contagious or infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the class.
  16. When a student is absent from the school even for a day he/she must bring to school a note of excuse from parents/guardians which must be countersigned by the headmaster/headmistress before the student enters the classroom and verified by the teacher.
  17. Any damage done to the school property will have to be borne by the students.
  18. Parents are expected to do their part in enforcing regularity and discipline, to see that their children prepare their daily lessons.
  19. Reports on conduct and progress will be issued from time to time and parents should see that these reports are brought to them and returned with their signature.
  20. All students should speak in English in the school even during private conversation and games.
  21. No other book, newspaper or periodicals should be brought to the school premises, without the headmaster's/headmistress's sanction.
  22. Carrying of dangerous implements is strictly forbidden.
  23. Students are reminded to maintain the prestige of the school by their all round behavior.
